Stacey Merryman, with Red Oak Realty is extremely dedicated, very organized and reliable. She has solid experience and a good knowledge of the market in the Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Oakland area. I also like the way she communicates and her people skills, it really help when there is a hard negotiation process! Now, if you are ever thinking of relocating to the East Bay area, Jose is the man you want to call. Some of you may know that I once sold real estate so, I suspect I was his worst nightmare come to life! I'm sure in the three months our affair continued, he went home and wanted to beat his head (or mine) against the wall. But, the next time we would meet, he was his own jovial professional self again. Jose is very knowledgable about real estate and the current miserable market and I would give him a five star rating on anybody's list!
